Dude u got tje pressure mixed up with the water bottle, it's not atmospheric pressure, it the weight of the water pushing out the holes

nah he got it right, the water was a seal/barrier with the air at the top not allowing the pressure to go inside the top because of it being closed and opening the cap breaks that barrier, that and water has a very high surface tension that keeps it together and from leaking out the small holes and letting air in from the bottom.
