Many thanks:) I have loved this song since I first heard it on Highlander! Don't usually do remakes but it has a more personal meaning. I never expect anyone to do a remake of a song and have it sound like the original. I think if you just try to copy a song, no heart or emotion goes in to it. Although it may be a perfect rendition, for me, that's not what it's about:) Thanks again...cheers

The criticism is something I don't mind at all especially when it's constructive, I just don't feel it needs to be given in a vulgar way! Unforunately I learned it & did the vid all in one night which is very noticeable I realize. I'm glad I did it and when I really have the time, will redo the vocals & guitar. Thanks for your kind words, I do not know many people including myself who could ever sing this song in the intense manner Freddy did. Take it easy mate & Thanks again!

Not really sure to be honest! My friend was using a webcam to shoot the vid with so I was probably trying to watch and see what she was doing! at the end of the vid, my eyes were killing me from all the damn smoke in the small room we were in!

I d realize there are some songs that are classic & no one but the original artist could do it justice:) but this song means alot to me for very personal reasons..and if I ever have the chance to do it over, I will def take your advice! sorry it took me a long time to respond, I sound like a broken record when I say I don't come to youtube very often. I'm going to try and keep up with it better. Someone thought I jut didn't allow comments that were undesireable to be shown. Fact is, I hadn't gotten around to many of them so I switched my option to go ahead and show all. Thanks much mate for your words. This song is hauntingly beautiful & I did it for personal reasons. I appreciate any advice & will hopefully redo it one day:)

hi, thanks for the tip. I was up all night learning the song, then doing the video at 5:30 am! I see what you mean though. Doing the music first, then video is hard work. I was debating leaving it and coming back to it, but afraid that the feeling would get lost. Planning on redoing the vocs and using two guitars instead of one. This song has a very special meaning to me, I don't do covers unless they do. Thanks much for the pointers.
