a few hundred years ago the irish fled their island to newfoundland in search of better times. Now us irish newfies are leaving this island to find work just as our ancestors have... very sad song. I have alot of trouble getting through this song without getting choked up. Being my immediate family is stretched across 7000 kms country, the lyrics really hit home with me.

Two things, both of which I think are weird...
1) for some reason it seems like he should be sitting down...is that just me?
2) Him messing up just there actually made it better, imo...again, is that just me?
