  • Update: Owners subpoenaed city officials but Mufi Hannemann's attorneys quashed on basis that public officials are very busy; owners are a nuisance, harassing and inconveniencing these officials. Ironically, on their way home to Hauula, owners saw Bryan Mick - City Community Relations sign-waving for Mufi Hannemann in front of Nimitz City Mill at 11:34 am August 11, 2010.

  • Homes and businesses along Kam Hwy in Kahalu'u, Ka'aawa, Punalu'u, Hauula, Laie, Kahuku should start thinking more seriously about eminent domain.

  • Update: May 15, 2010 Mufi Hannemann city corporation attorneys have filed lawsuit against owners for possession of the land.. Owners have filed lawsuit against city. What a waste of taxpayers' money in today's budget crisis!

  • What a travesty. The Ethics Commission should drag Donovan Dela Cruz in for questioning. This is much worse than Rod Tam's fishy meals. The people has no choice. This is very dirty and obscene.

  • Term limits will get rid of your City councilman Dela Cruz for you. They don't deserve to be in public office when they can't even represent their own constituents. I understand Dela Cruz called in his political back-up from Laie community to tell Hauula what to do. He needs to be investigated. This is ridiculous and corrupt. There is more to this stinky situation.

  • Kick Donovan Dela Cruz out of the City Council with Rod Tam. We are paying their salaries and they act arrogant. There is no excuse for the city to surprise and neglect residents like this. Yea, that's right. If Hauula were Kahala, the city will behave better.
