Bravo! I'm a local, 2 hours away from Cinci, and I think you did us justice. I always hit up a Skyline anytime I'm in town. I'm a 5 way guy. I love it fully loaded. Gotta drown your spaghetti in it. In my opinion, I think it's the odd combo of spices that sets it apart from other chilis. Cocoa is a key player. It gives it it's color and distinct flavor.
