@bernuson You can't actually download him. Charlie is one of AllAmericanBoy9's characters and back in 2007 and 2008 everyone really hated AllAmericanBoy9. Basically the only reason Charlie appears in my videos is because I was making fun of the character. The Trainz Charlie you saw in my videos was a reskin I did of Toad.

@bernuson Oh it's a long story and not really that important in this day and age but ah I may as well tell you since you're curious :) Basically aab9 stole ideas (even going as far as to totally steal stories another user had worked hard to think about) and he often used other users media without permission and before long he was basically the most hated user in the TTTE community. Of course that was a good 3 or 4 years ago but there you go :)
