"Becoming goth" isn't possible as "becoming a doctor". Because it's the whole attitude that makes you feel being a part of it. "Becoming goth" isn't possible as "becoming a doctor". Because it's the whole attitude that makes you feel being a part of it. The way you look at things before you even started to think about how you looked at it. To feel comfortable in darkness before you even thought about this feeling. It's not the "I become goth now" but it's the "oh...I think I'm goth" just because you felt that way before and you didn't bother what it's called what you are. You don't have to run around with black makeup.

I dress of a darker nature - I accept that, but I have never branded myself as goth. I compose gothic style orchestral music - But that doesn't make me goth.
It's other people that call me goth. And they pre-judge me for it. It's their preconception that gives them the malice.
Think about that. A lot of 'goth' people don't consider themselves goth - they like the style and have the mindset. Football players like the way they look and have the personality for that category. Is that a bad thing?
