Okay let's clear some things up, the game takes place East of Moscow, about 30km or so, at an old scrapyard area from what I figure. They have a website available here (stalker-project (dot) ru/), but most of it can't be accessed without membership, which requires a current player to vouch for you, and you have to buy a PDA (Artifact Sensor).

The song is by Korpiklaani, it's called Vodka, and is in English and talks about the positive effects of drinking Vodka.
