It seems to me that the spin they are putting on it, of government seizure of private property to benefit the private enrichment of large companies, is not the rationale the U.S. Supreme Court has used. THEIR take is that if the large companies benefit the public such as through higher taxes or other benefits to citizens, then the practice is despicable but constitutional.
Zoning is a socialist idea.The Constitution gives us our property rights.Property rights are not for a democracy to decide.A group of other people do not get to determine your best use of your property.If they control its use,you have lost your property rights.

If they try to take my land like this, I'll not only irradiate my land, but their land as well.
Then they can bring the army after me, I'll laugh because by being afflicted with super cancer, I'll be dead in a week! LOL!

last case i heard of was seisure for a dam,
turns out public servants valued the farms ;
turns out the farm bought by 'public servants ''[insider trading] were valued couble that seized from farmers
