This does work for me 100% try reinstalling it if your getting errors

If "all sources" didn't appear after downloading "steffwiz" go make sure steffwiz installed properly and reinstall it or modify it once done that restart your iPhone/itouch then check again in cydia make sure your searching for "all sources" in the repositories section

DO NOT do this! It was ok when the video was made but now more than 90% of the sources it adds are now dead which means you will get error after error when cydia loads and it will do your fucking head in! Be warned!!!!!!!
