@KLiM1337 well, you could build up a stack of box's and barrels to reach the ladder, and for the other guy you go to the projector, put in the slides, starting from #1, pick the two slides that show a person in victory/good stuff, put those into the slots by the lever which would rip him apart, if he isnt free then pull the lever, he will say "watch out for justine" and be free, and the last guy, you close the door leading to him so the monster cant get him.

(You can build a tower of boxes, it actually works, but is too tedious to do) The second one can be saved by inserting slide four, then slide three into the door. The lady and the notes gives you hints, and you can see what the slides are by inserting them into the "light machine", ie the thing with the blue light.

To save that guy: crank it down until just before it kills him, then the ladder will come down into the room but not enough for you to reach it. To reach it without killing him, stack boxes and chairs and stuff to climb up so you can reach the ladder, then you can climb up and the guy is still alive.

There is a broken ladder at the start in the tunnel, pile up boxes under the trapdoor where the ladder comes out of in that room and pull the door open, attack the broken ladder to it and climb up that and you will get into the vent without killing the man :D
