I bought Acqua Di Gio, Eau De Toilette, today at Shoppers Drugmart and got a free travel-sized sprayer of D&G Light Blue! ★★★★★

BTW, the prices at the Bay and Shoppers were exactly the same. It may cost a bit more than on the internet, but at least I know it is authentic.

its weird cause i love the smell of a lot of other fragrances more than acqua di gio, but i sell them before i use them all up, aqcua di gio is the only fragrance i've actually used till the bottle was empty haha

Never bought the big huge bottles.but have seen them before at outlets. I say this alot. I stick to it as well. I think Aqua became popular in younger club scenes.due to the smell coming out when guys sweat while dancing. like most colognes the scent burst out when guys sweat. although a weaker scent in general imo. it shows its strenth in light rains or when men sweat.

I always enjoyed Aqua Di Gio. Its not the best but in a world wear men are wearing axe spray its golden. Its very clean and not overpowering. I think it can be worn all year.

@ahmad1133 I would say Issey Miyake, if you go on longevity. ADG is a very watery, jasminy, msky kind of fragrance. Issey, is a very green fragrance, very potent.

@chivista09rafa Yeah.... totally agree. I thankfully never purchased this, but it almost was my first buy because it was/is so hyped and marketed. Based on the marketing you'd think this was a powerful fresh blast that lasts, but it really is SUCH A WEAK FRAGRANCE. I totally get that that is kind of the point, but really ADG is almost too weak. It is really nice in one's personal bubble, but unless you are getting right in a person's trail or up close you probably won't smell it. Nice but weak.

Very generic scent. It is over hyped and over priced. I see it comparable to adidas, cool water slash cheaper fragrances. Not easy to wear in my opinion. Every has it. I always try to recommend other aquatic scents that are better.

I must be the only person who DOES NOT SMELL IT.... I tested it several times at Macy's and I smell a bit of marine notes, persimmon, and a little musk but then it's GONE!!!.... It just seems incredibly weak to me. There are so many other citrus/marine/wood fragrances that I think are much better.

I put this on, got 3 compliments from chicks in about an hour. They then went to my room and sprayed it on themselves and told me they didn't shower all day cuz they liked the smell. Nuff said.

@thitsarkoko I haven't tried CK Truth yet but my choices would be 2,3,1. You could also buy all of these since they're all very very different. 1&3 are summer fragrances, 1(different ones though) and le male is a winter frag.

This is my first fragrance purchase ever... I don't care if I smell like NJ guidos, or millions of other proud Aqua Di Gio owners around the world, I will still love this stuff no matter what. Hands down best Armani release, in my eyes, they weren't able to come even close to what this has achieved.

I used Armani_Mania for awhile, I really liked it. If I remember correctly it came off as a mint/powder fragrance. Anyway, a couple bottles later I just decided to move on to some other things. I still have a 3.4oz bottle that is about 1/4 full.

Hey Mark,this fragance is kind of floral right? but is it too sweet? I mean,can you really notice the sweetness like in One Million by Paco Rabanne?

Floral? Think of it as a bit of citrusy burst to start, then it's "fresh", ie smells like anything from cucumber to melon, sort of cool and crisp with a bit of saltiness like an ocean breeze. There might be a bit of floral somewhere in there but I certainly wouldn't call it floral or sweet. If you want sweet lemon try Dior Eau Sauvage. If you want floral, try YSL Rive Gauche. Both are probably best if you're at least university age... Hope that helps, not to steal marks' thunder or anything

This is my husbands Favorite! We can get it pretty cheap at walmart (he works there ) I like this scent alot but i recently discovered Bvlgari Aqua for men which is very similar but seems better for winter, more spicy!

OH and I forgot to mention.. on BN we all agree that aquatics have a really interesting feel in the Winter time. It's bizarre. They almost seem to cut through the air. I'm not sure about all of them though, only the ones I have.
