El celular es espectacular, me custo tu presentación, pero la música es un gran monumento a la porquería, escuchar esa música es como oler a tu suegra con descompostura o peor aun como que tu pareja se acueste con tu hermana y tu tía. i have the kp500 which is the slightly older model but the same menu and everything, whats the difrence? is the phone frame metal on the latest ones? mines just has like a grey silvery metalic centre stripe with black rubbery feel on the cover which i find gives better grip when using it for like camera etc

first connect your USB to your laptop o PC then connect your Phone ! wait some seconds and will show usb connection mode if it doesn't show that you will have to go to settings in your phone and enter to CONNECTIVITY okay ! then you go to Usb connection mode and put " always ask" or also Mass storage I hope to help you ! see you !
