I have 3 tables, one for people, one for company, and one for transactions. The transaction table uses a lookup menu to select the person and the company, then you input the number of shares bought or sold for that person. I want to have a report or query or whatever that shows everyones name, and how many shares they have in total. BUT heres my problem.. how do i add up all the shares that belong to one person and not another? And then show this data?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR!

Try using the Cross-Tab Query Wizard. This should show each name, shares, and (sum) total shares all on one row.
