when ya get the small gloves on and mouth guard in, WC doesn't look so technical, you tend to sway a bit to the boxing side. I spar with kickboxers and the virtical fist straight down the centre works well. With fast punchers puk sao or tan ect don't cut it, I like the 'split entry' to start. I will say leg defense is good. Thanks for the vid..
I recognise also Sifu Rahsun here doing the applications! I belive Sifu Rahsun to be an excelent teacher,as some of us were able to use the techniques by watching his videos. Admired you are kind sir.
Also to Sifu Philip Redmon i would like to thank,because i learned Sil Lim Tao watching him do it even before i started to practice Wing Chun with an actual Sifu. GL all the best.
