Dhalsim vs Ryu is not pretty for Ryu. Should've pick a counter character to dhalsim, at least that's what everybody does in the US, i would switch characters in a sec. It's hard to tell between character advantages and skill differences. Is YHC Mochi better skilled or Ryu just too handicapped against Dhalsim?
