  • @levi7516 Im seeing him on the 5th too! im so excited words cant describe!

  • @fuglyydouglyy lol thats awesome what row are you on im on row 415 =D maybe ill see you there

  • Good that he's still living the dream. Like if you agree!

  • A little more roomier than "The Cavern" don't you think?

  • I was THERE Woo Hoo !!!!

    Macca-nificent Knight =0)

  • Just bloody great!!!!

  • I love Paul McCartney, but it's too modern...

  • @isabellegz The sound of rock'n'rol has changed. I prefer the originals too, bro!

  • @csabaimate songs today have no meaning -_- and I'm 14! :))

  • @isabellegz Your channel indicates that you're 21

  • @csabaimate yeah, but I needed to make a video for our project and I just chose a random birthday :)

  • paul is how many years older than justin bieber and STILL woo's more women than him. Justin, quit trying.

  • I have a feeling Paul is singing in a higher key than their old recording...

  • You'd think Ringo would be up there.

  • Gwad you can find Sir Paul singing that in the Cavern in Liverpool.. and then still lovin' it here..

  • Ageless, singer and song!

  • Does anyone know if that is Ray Ennis of The Swinging Blue Jeans that Paul hugs as he goes on stage?

  • @stratman123 It isn't... Ray Ennis has much hippier hips!

  • @stratman123

    IT WAS PETER KAY!!!!!! Comedian

  • i can't believe he could hit that high note in the beginning at his age

  • @JuxtaposeMystery listen to my love and maybe im amazed live and youll see just what a high note means for this man :)

  • GRANDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow- this is a REALLy old song, from 1962 ish at the Cavern Club and live at the BBC era

  • Paul.. you still got it!

  • I really hope that Paul does some concerts in America in 2011 or upcoming years. It's my dream to go see a Beatle and moreso Paul live before his time comes, so that I can say to my children "I went to see a Beatle live in a show" and hell it'd be an everlasting memory for me, I love the Beatles and I love Paul, my favourite musician!

  • He's doing it too fast here!

  • @cdadave83814 I agree. My main complaint about Abe Laboriel, Jr. is that he plays a bit fast on the old Beatles tunes sometimes. Nothing against Abe, he's a great drummer to be sure, but when it comes to that "feels natural easy-goin' groove", there is one and only one master of the drum universe-Ringo Starr. You CANNOT play Beatles tunes better than Ringo.

  • @BRITTROCKS1100 I agree lol it might sound weird but he is still really cute!

  • Wow, a rock star with my name. That's cool.

  • Great to see Sir Paul pay tribute to his early masters: the Swinging Blue Jeans!

  • @arcamadeus I think Paul is paying tribute to Chan Romero. Written in 1959-when the Beatles were already a band, The Beatles recorded this for the BBC in July of '63, although they were performing it much earlier than that (see Star Club recordings). The Swinging Blue Jeans didn't release their version until Dec. '63-AFTER The Beatles!

  • @stratman123 Hey stratman, that was just my tongue-in-check compliment to Liverpool's most underrated band!

But, for the record - pun intended - back in March 21, 1961 The Beatles, still featuring Pete Best on drums, played their first evening gig at Liverpool's Cavern Club, opening for an established act called The Bluegenes later known as the Swinging Blue Jeans of "Hippy Hippy Shake" fame... so there!

  • omg does anybody agree paul may be like almost 70 but he is still like super cute lol???

  • got the same bass :)

  • Dio buono! ma il tempo per quest'uomo non passa mai!? o.O Grande MacCa!!

  • Un Mito vivente!!

  • The drummer looks like Tor Johnson.

  • Every so often Paul seems to have these punk rock moments. Another time was "I'm Down" at the 9/11 memorial concert.

  • Goodness, if I played for that amount of people I'd faint at the sight of them.

  • 0:49 Is that Bear Grylls?

  • Que amargo ese publico por el amor de dios! tienen a mccartney enfrente!

  • ha he is 69 and he still got it! LONG LIVE PUAL (and ringo!) lol

  • @TheBeatles7337 He just turned 68.

  • @shadow55921 oh no lol my bad! i didnt mean to put that lol i really need to start to read what i wright before i post things lol!

  • @TheBeatles7337 Haha! That's ok, i'll let it go this time! LOL! :) :) :)

  • @shadow55921 lol thanks ;)

  • What is interesting is they're doing it in a higher key than the Beatles did this song in Hamburg and at the Cavern in the early 60s

  • Great clip! Thanks for sharing. Rare song.

  • "Paul can't rock"

    Hahahhahahahaaaaa

Sure, and Paul is dead too.

  • @maldicientin And so are you :)

  • I guess life doesn't end at thirty.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOP that was SO COOL

  • This man has pipes of steel, seriously. What a god.

  • Paul needs to rest cause his vocal chords are so damaged.

  • holy bealte! that guy will be tuning even when he's gone \m/

  • lol i still have this on my sky plus, i never gonna delete it.

  • all hail the god that is, sir paul mccartney

  • freaking love this version!

  • You still got it Paul

  • YOU GO SIR PAUL!!!!!!!

  • @1953bluejayway *Lord Paul

  • lol..is that really him saying 'oh' really high? how cute!

  • Wooooow! I love this. :D

  • OOOOOHHHHH BABY!!! I'll take this version or any version Paul did or does!!! Paul ROCKS!!!! :)

  • Uhm....I love the BEatles and Paul...but this version is too fast and punkish. They changed from E...maybe to accomodate Paul's tapering vocal range? It just sounds lame compared to BBC Beatles / Swinging Blue Jeans, etc. I'm glad Paul is dipping more into the Beatles catalog and Cavern material as he winds down. This flopped but "I'm Down" in NYC was a whammy hit!

  • @untypicalmale4u This is sung in a HIGHER register than the Beatles' versions.

  • OMG... just his suit!

  • Sitting here trying to anazlyze why these modern verions just don't deliver the same feeling the originals did. Possible factors: SIze of performance venue, fidelity of equipment (outgoing and incoming); tempo (seemed rushed - drummer fault? ) There needs to be just a tad more time/space between each beat. The band (not Paul) wanted to get through this as fast a possible, or it was so easy for them to play that they just do it offhandedly. In any case, I think something is lost. The Bass is AOK

  • @USABEAT I get killed every time I suggest it because the drummer seems to have a huge fanclub but I hate his style. Too sort of..modern, for Paul's music. The sound isn't great either, too translated.

  • @Robotdrummerzzk I agree so much. Hate his style! D:

  • Paul Rocks! :D

    I loove him! :)

  • this is wonderful!

  • que hijoputa!

  • wow how is he hitting that note lol

    I LOVE YOU PAUL McCARTNEY!!

  • legend

  • man what a voice he sings it so high

  • I think he forgot the bass runs this day? Just sayin ...

  • Three chords, which one did he miss?

  • Amazing - he used to do the song in E with the Beatles, now, pushing 70, he's singing it in three steps higher? Granted, his voice sounds different, but he's still popping those falsettos...
