Chicken is one of the best things we as people can eat.. However vegetarians get sick rarely compared to carnivores.
At Hugh Jackman's age he doesnt have the natural test levels to produce all that lean muscle...he had to be on atleast a prohormone, probably even just pinning T into his ass.
there is no way your body can absorb all that protien in one go, you could make a big batch like that and eat it through out the day for lunch and dinner.

Your body can only process a certain amount of protein per pound of muscle at any given time. Therefore skipping out on protein throughout the day then having a massive fuck off chicken meal isn't going to to do anything apart from put on weight. Splitting your protein intake throughout the day taking in protein every 2 hours is the key to getting ripped.

I'd switch the drumsticks to the higher quality protein in chicken breast. It will allow for better protein synthesis. Chicken breast is also leaner, and has a higher biological value, which means great things for muscle development.
Maybe so, but if you are like me and many others, you find that dark meat tastes MUCH better than white meat which can be on the dry side. So if you are trying to eat such large quantities, it probably helps if it tastes better. And for something like this, you don't have to worry so much about going for leaner cuts especially if you spring for Omega-3 rich "cage-free" meat.
