    Natural lifters might gain a maximum of 2lbs in a month, and only in their earliest period of lifting.

  • Chicken is one of the best things we as people can eat.. Being a vegen or vegetarian is equally as great, Chicken breast with pasta and salad along with your vitamin's and some silk and all of your food groups will build muscle and lose weight. Fat does in fact build into muscle with intense workouts. Vegetarians and vegens have a problem because they don't build alot of muscle without their protein in meats. However vegetarians get sick rarely compared to carnivores.

  • @veganath What happened was that I started eating them and didn't look back. Look, eating animal products in moderation along with lots of fruit and vegetables can be apart of a healthy diet. Throw in some regular exercise and good 'genes'(They are the main key to your longevity), and you will live to be a happy old asshole.

    Everyone needs something to feel good about and believe in. I guess preaching animal rights horseshit is one of them hey?

I would add to your list of keys to longevity - 'love'. Listen most of my friends eat meat, they tell me upfront to switch of the agenda light, in no uncertain terms..like u..lol

    I think we will have to agree to disagree that Hugh Jackman really needed to kill & eat all those chicken!

  • @veganath I like to try and keep an open mind. Although it may be easy for people to simply shut their brain off, and just believe what they want to, I on the other hand have taken the time to read a lot of quality information about vegan diets, however their simply isn't any hard evidence stating that eating vegan is any better than eating a diet containing moderate amounts of meat along with plenty of veggies. Every thing in moderation.

  • @veganath Living a long time would be great, but telling people that they cannot eat something they enjoy is likely to 'Stress' them out, and as you stated, if your stressed, your life could become shorter. At the end of the day, people can eat, whatever the fuck they wanna. If it kills them, that's stiff shit. As for them animals suffering, you can stop all of the human animal killing(which for the most part done humanely and regulated), but you cannot stop other animals ripping eat other apart

  • @veganath the only way to build real muscle is by eating animal proteins, if you saw toby in real life on not on the tv you would realize how much smaller he is than say hugh jackman who is eating chicken in his diet. go look up some pictures of vegan body builders and see how much smaller they are than regular body builders. btw im not hating on vegans or your beliefs, its just the facts.

  • @ScentlisApprentice We have a choice eat animals look REALLY BULKED(Arnie, Hugh..etc) but compromise our longevity, or eat a raw plant based diet(like the vast majority of other animal species, who btw have a vastly superior track record in terms of health) look lean & muscular & live long enough to play with or great grandchildren!!

    Personally I think we owe it to our children & our children's children to be around to be an elder(Grand parent etc) who can lovingly guide them through life.

  • @veganath I've been trying to put on lean muscle by eating animal proteins and my progress is very very slow, i can't even imagine how far back i would be on my results if i was eating vegan protein. as far as the longevity goes....thats debatable. my grandpa is 89 and still going strong, all he eats is meat based recipes. I realize that you think its wrong to eat animals and i respect your beliefs and what not....just purely talking facts here.

  • @ScentlisApprentice Speaking of facts we are the only species of animal on the planet that cooks the food we eat, if we were truly meant to eat other animals & can't do it without cooking them then we probably have no business eating them.

    Evolutionary anthropologist believe a species requires between 50K & 500K years for adaptation, mostly the later, so as we have only been cooking our food for @ most 20K years we have definitely not adapted. This is evidenced by pandemic chronic inflammation

  • @ScentlisApprentice I workout regularly and have been told by many people that they envy my physique, have been on a plant based diet for 29 years don't have medical insurance, never need to see a doctor. In contrast my non-veg family I lost my father to cancer, my mother has Parkinsons/obesity(now a veg/n, progress of a kind), my brother has Multiple Sclerosis/obesity, my sister cancer/obesity. All I did was lookout onto the world & ask myself what can I do differently to avoid this suffering?

  • Your body can only process a certain amount of protein per pound of muscle at any given time.  Therefore skipping out on protein throughout the day then having a massive fuck off chicken meal isn't going to to do anything apart from put on weight. Splitting your protein intake throughout the day taking in protein every 2 hours is the key to getting ripped.

  • 10lbs of pure muscle in 30 days is physically impossible, i dont understand why people think it is. if you do gain 10lbs in 30 days more than likely its 1-3lbs of muscle if youre lucky, 8-7lbs of fat, water and glycogen

  • hahahahaha this video is soooo bullcrap! u can't put on 10 pounds of pure muscle in a couple of months by eating naturally! if you're one of the lucky few, u can put on that 10 pounds in one year if u hit the weights 6 days a week at least on that same natural diet! and as what hardlemichael has commented, eating all that chicken in 1 meal will only give u rock hard shite. u need to spread out your meals out into 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day with the protein intake equally spread out

  • I'd switch the drumsticks to the higher quality protein in chicken breast. It will allow for better protein synthesis. Chicken breast is also leaner, and has a higher biological value, which means great things for muscle development.

    Maybe so, but if you are like me and many others, you find that dark meat tastes MUCH better than white meat which can be on the dry side. So if you are trying to eat such large quantities, it probably helps if it tastes better. And for something like this, you don't have to worry so much about going for leaner cuts especially if you spring for Omega-3 rich "cage-free" meat.

  • I noticed the comment that the herb in ? Is thyme but it looks like tarragon to me and is my fav herb for chicken. If you notice a slight scent and/or taste of licorice, it's tarragon.

  • Good stuff. I am proud that I am a pretty good cook, learned from family and can prepare many healthy foods. Learning to cook well should be more sought after, its a very good therapy too!

  • Omg you make me soooo nervous watching you cut stuff up. The herb is tyme. Please please take some time to watch the food network and learn how to use your knives properly. When you take the pit out of the avacado you give it a little twist, than you put a towel in your hands before you put your lines in or do it on the board. It's very easy to cut through the avacado and you hand.
