This video is definitely mimed. Watch Danny from 3:07-3:16. He hops away from his microphone, but his voice is still being played. Then, while his voice is being played, he joins Tom at his microphone but he's already missed some of his part.

But thankfully McFly does this rarely. It could have been the sound equipment as I know McFly will normally play through anything. They seem to have a hard time with it anyway, which is a good thing. I love a band that can play live. =)

@xchorusxromancex everything is playback except drums and lead vocals, backing vocals are just part of the playback track which makes it look like theyre miming. at 8am in the morning they dont have time to set up and sound check which can take a few hours, its just not practical to play live.
