To *attempt* to answer your question about the off-sync audio Rob, the source file you encoded after you transferred the vid from your cam to your computer (the final before you uploaded to youtube) should be clean and in-sync. Double check that file, in different players or perhaps change your encoding program used. Great playing though, good stuff. Keep shredding man.
