  • @khoadog do it untill your legs are EXHAUSTED. also known as Super Sets also known as doing "Until Failure"

  • @zac12897 A super set is chain 2 opposing exercises together like bench and pull-up. Training to failure is training til you miss a rep. 2 different things.
