Noisecontrollers who putted the DECIBEL 2010 ANTHEM for free.

And like that you can go on with free webreleases, so why would Ran-D NOT release this for free?? It's obvious he can't make money from it cause he doesn't own the rights of the song. So the easiest way to share it in the society is a FREE DOWNLOAD.
