  • Cheaters always win.

  • great job for him , the is what our terrible capitalist industrial society does to people taking tests that dehumanizes them. The gov shits on people all day . way to go sam

  • This is my school and the news is killing everyone, i am a freshman and yet every single day there are news vans trying to get information out of the kids, i do understand what the people did was wrong but don't they realize that what there doing is making it worse for every single student at GNNH

  • His lack of remorse scares the heck out of me

  • 9:11 "No I don't believe it is.." Nods in affirmation.

  • This kid's an entrepreneur. Your society has killed business.

  • Go arrest the real fraudsters -- this kid is but a microcosmic manifestation of the problems at large. Go after the banksters and the FED.

  • For graduate school, I had to take the GMAT test, which is just an advanced version of the SAT. When I went to take the test, there were a lot of security precautions to prevent criminal prosecution, unlike with the SAT. One thing that they did was require that the test applicant write an essay with a pen, which provides them with a sample of their handwriting. If any cheating is suspected, the testing company can compare handwriting samples. For the SAT, they could use the same procedure.

  • Man, my conscience would haunt me forever if I hired this guy to take my SAT or ACT. And don't think I'm just saying this because I have a good score. In fact, I got a horrible ACT score (never took the SAT) but I'm doing fine in college now that I'm in. Here's a tip for people who are honest: If you have a low standardized test score and you can't get into the university you want, go to a community college and get a decent GPA. Then transfer; because the score is not even admission factor

  • This guy did nothign wrong. Hes a hero. Hes helping people. Fuck the attorney whos wasting tax payer money on this.

  • Why the fuck would the distract attorney waste there time with tthis? Mman Ron Paul wouldnt liek this then

  • he's just like Mike Ross from Suits!!!

  • @aggieboy Yesss that's the only reason I even watched this video.

  • If this kid is getting super high scores on the SAT/ACT, colleges all over should be on his nuts.

  • Two questions:

    1. Why is he being given community service (and why tutoring kids??!) when the amount of money involved suggests jail time?

    2. Based on his inability to express true remorse (notice he says he'd never do it again, but not that he's sorry or ashamed -- in fact, he almost doesn't think he did anything truly wrong), why is Emory University allowing this kid to remain enrolled?

  • 11m dollars on SECURITY annually? yet a 19 year old young man outsmarted an expensive ass idiotic 'security' breach - sounds to me like you DON'T get what you pay for in this case.

  • i think this would make a good movie

  • @Jimbobular7 It would be if the schemes were bigger. Maybe Hollywood could put a twist on the story? hahaha

  • "Is it easy to cheat on the test?" "No I don't believe it is." LOL, are you serious? He just proved its easy as hell to cheat, what a dumbfuck.

  • - impersonation is as easy as creating a plastic card with a name and a date of birth, do you think there're security problems with the SAT and ACT exams?"

    - no

  • LOL @ the lawyers herpes!

  • @TheEnhaze she be suckin that dirty dick.

  • this test is a joke. i had such good grades,i did very well in high school, and got such a horrible score. Im 2 years in college with a 3.8GPA and i have yet to come across the vocab on this stupid test...they should give this test, i kno A students who tanked this completely...this does not reflect ones dedication, or ability to succeed in a top college..take this test away

  • The SAT can't make a stupid kid look smart; but, it can make a smart kid look stupid. That DA is a moron. She said the system is flawed, but she was pointing to the wrong system! A smart kid that applied himself all 4 years of high school can be displaced in college admissions because colleges give equal/more weight to a single 4 hour exam.

In other words, the current system makes 4 hours more important than 4 years.

  • Sucks he got caught. I would like to think he actually took the test like 50 times, and has all the cash hidden somewhere.

  • "students with suspiciously high scores" how insulting, If the students are able to perform on the college the level then why should it matter? If they weren't able to after they paid all that money then they've only cheated themselves

  • this isn't a victimless crime. Scores are based on percentiles, and he lowered every other score. Literally.

  • Sam's hot. And I wanna make out with him.

  • This is how easy it would be to vote more than once when it comes time to vote.

  • SATs are a waste of time! You're cheating kids of their time!

  • Comment removed

  • Bust this kid? How about busting colleges which are ripping kids off... SATs are a complete waste of time, they're stupid, how about letting kids spend their time and money learning things which are actually useful than this stupid outdated system with all its stupid ancillary businesses!

  • cunt

  • aw QQ they paid him to take some dumbass test thats never going be useful in life? cry cry.

  • tell that lawyer to eat a dick

  • @modernhumble or suck one preferably.

  • i like how his legal team were walkin down the street like a BOSS
