If you READ Josephs writings or have watched films of the master working he did things with "Spontaneous ZEST and Pleasure". If you have every tried to go through the ADVANCE program you have to move fast.

good form, but would be easier to watch if the gangsta clothes & other crap had been left out. Pilates artists are interested in technique & therefore need to see legs, etc. re: correct or incorrect posture.
