haha wow those trucks are pieces of shit. I drove my 03 envoy off the road at 75 mph when my friend fell asleep and there is nothing mechanically wrong other than the front left of the frame is bent by like 2 inch. chevy/gmc got their shit together in 03 haha

as far as the chevy trucks bending in the middle, thats normal. They are very weak there. I know a person that loaded it a bit much in the middle and cracked it, then pulled the load on the other end of the axle and it straightened out. He welded a nice 1/4" plate all around the frame and it hasn't moved since.
