wish youd do that in slow mo. i just got an endura 4 and its alot slower opening than the tenacious. Id lover to be able to open the endura faster any hints!!!
The only problem I had with the locks of folding knives was with the liner lock from a Byrd Raven. Cheap (Chinese) knives are no safe with that kind of lock, I prefer the back system. Having through the years about fifteen heavy-duty spanish knives with that system, never had a single failure
i tried closing the knife one handed by letting the blade fall. i sliced my finger, dind=t stop bleeding for ten minutes. if ur gonna try tricks with this knife be carefull its like a poket razor!
you just gotta keep a finger up near the pivot point, all spyderco knives have a "Kick" that will stop you from cutting yourself, dont try it with any other brand of knife though
Heh, I notice a bandaid on the finger the knife flicks against when closing.
I now close my lockbacks as they point upwards. My thumb opens the lock as my index finger moves the blade up, then my thumb and other 3 fingers get out of the way as I snap it closed. It's even faster than just activating the lock and waiting for the knife to fall down, then snapping it shut, which I see you doing.

@PACMAN1134 cuz when he closes the knife The blade touches his finger :p its just a protection so he wont cut his finger :P
giannike 1 year ago
@giannike it won't do if closed properly! i close my police model the same way and i only cut myself once as i put too much movement in my hand.

@PACMAN1134 maybe to prevent another cut, lol

If you did that like in real combat, experienced guy can take your knife away FAST!

@urkingod Luckly there are not many experienced warfighters on the streets looking to rob/hurt you, more like punks who can barely fight.

how do you do that one at 0:14 when you open with your little finger? i tried it and can't do it. you must have loosened the screw or something.
