  • I am only 14 and i can do adult weights like this ... at gym i can lift over 100Kg and i weigh 50 sumtin U CAN DO IT!

  • i didnt measure the distance pierre , not sure about the distance . I'll start to do negative reps with a choke. i love to crush this gripper with both hands!

  • Great attempt!! you get it past paralel already!! you take your time but you are getting closer man. 2.5 is no problem for you anymore already! You will get this number #3 that is for sure!

  • Hugo, só o facto de conseguires segurar o gripper com essa distância, estás mais perto do que julgas. usa o teu 2.5 para repetições e faz uns negativos com o 3 no fim do treino, fecha com as duas mãos (esmaga ao nivél do peito) e depois segura quase quase até não poderes mais, abre a mào mesmo antes de falhares. eu acho que em 6 meses estás lá :)
