No way to punish kids - kids should never be "flogged" in this way - this isn't discipline, it's cruelty. Got belt myself as kid but NEVER this - deserved it - but this is cruelty and this man LOOKS cruel. Diff. between hitting a child & discipline - this is not even hitting - it is the lashing out of a man who has prob. with anger management. My own Dad was NEVER cruel & it didn't harm me or my relationship with him as we spent good times together also. This OFFENDS me!!
