  • Is there an OST or simply the choir available for this here tune? I would like to finish a pending video of mine but without the intruding voices. XP

  • God I love this movie <3

  • Ruber used to be a douche....then he took an excalaber to the face

  • Rubar's fingernails always grossed me out.

  • I'm fourteen now and it's still one of my fav movies

  • I watched this movie six times last week and cried 3 times every single time I watched it.

1.) When Sir Lionel is killed by Ruber

2.) When Garrett is hurt by Ruber

3.) When Garrett leaves Kailey because he feels he doesn't belong in her world in his "I stand alone reprise"

  • I love this song! :)

  • I am so confused! why is the title "THE MAGIC SWORD" quest for camelot.

WHYYY? i feel like my whole life is a lie (sob)

  • There's no other movie as EPIC as this.!

  • Ruber says ME right? In the dutch movie he says 'me' so..

  • @WhenWordsFailgSm yes he says 'ME !" and they all frown and mutter at him

  • It gets me every time. *swish*

"pull out your swords men and point them to the sky!" (in impressive voice)

"OK! now put them away!" LOL i don't know why but that always cracks me up!

  • Only one problem with this movie(mainly this scene)---Ruber. HATE HIM!!!!

But we saw Garret at 1:30-35!!!!!

  • @kaseyangel01 he's the bad guy we are supposed to hate him

  • Man, it's a nice song and all if not for the cheese-fest (ugh!) at the end and the awkward singing on screen.

It would have been better if the men weren't actually singing, but just have it as nice background music.

  • @MantisSage True. Even at 2:28 the father looks at Arthur like "Really?" Awesome song though!

  • i think the guy on the left had a little too much mutton

  • what is the intro song called? there where it sounds like its on celtic they sings?

  • i wanna do this as a play at my school but not the end of the movie unless it's my friend brendan

  • Courage!

    Friendship!

    Knowledge!

  • hahaha, I love this. 'swoosh' everyone pulls out their swords and points them up!!! AND THEN PUTS THEM AWAY!!!!!!! lol I crack up every time at that part.

  • He says Me.. Not Greed.

  • @webkinzepicness Pretty sure its Warner Bros.

  • What is this movie? I know its not Disney... Is it pixar? Dreamworks? Someone tell me plz..

  • 1:30

Garret before he was blind! :D

  • @GeekyAlexandria he was blind if you look very very closely

  • Why does it say the magic sword? That is not what its called.

  • Ruber needs to do something with those fingernails!

  • 0:09 "The Magic Sword: Quest For Camelot"

O.o WTF am I the only one who thought it was just "The Quest For Camelot"?

  • @23kags23 You Know I Thouhg That Very Same Thing LOL

  • I'm going to school to be a movie director/producer/screenwriter. One of my goals is to get the rights to make a real life movie of this. It would have to be a bit different, of course, but I really want to give it a shot. This story is just far too wonderful. It may never happen, but a girl can dream <3

  • @HopelessDaydreamer55 If you ever do make the movie, I'd watch it. :D Of course, try and clear up some things about this movie, some of the content was not explained and the lead, well, she never did anything really befitting of a knight. Just watch the Nostalgia Critic's review. You'll understand.

  • @Evowizard25 Oh most definitely. Kayley would be tougher, and more heavily involved in the fighting and everything. And I would go into greater details with everything to make it more of a full-length feature film. Devon and Cornwall would have to be human, as well as the Griffin and such. Lots of changes, but the core story would be largely the same. I've imagined doing this so much I've got most of it nailed down in my mind :)

  • i can sing to all the songs in this movie.. i still love the movie i would watch it every day if i could nd im almost 15

  • @werewolfluvr544 I'm 19 and still love this movie. I can quote the songs, the words, everything. I promise you, it never gets old ;)

  • i love this song becaause we all should stand together: UNITED WE STAND!

  • I agree! United we stand now and forever!

  • I agree! United we stand now and forever!

    Knight : valor

    Garren: DEMACIA!

    This. is. awesome.

  • Why is it called hte magic sword I have it and its just called the quest for camelot

  • @shanemerrigan1994 its full title is Magic Sword: Quest for Camelot :)

  • this was always one of my fav movies as a child, my parents think it's rubbish but I completely disagree! I particularly love the songs! =)

  • Part of it sounds like a rendition of the Circle of Life as Rafiki is carrying Simba to the top of Pride Rock.

  • Knight:Valor

    Knight:Honor

    Rubar: GREED

    Me :STFU!

  • @Nekosierra how about...

    Rubor: GRE-

Me: shoots arrow.. -ETings and pay him no mind : )

  • @RobinHoodinSherwood lol I luv you

  • @Nekosierra Me: Dude you ruined the song! Common guys, now we have to go all the way back to the gate and do it again..

  • "Forbidden Forest"? Camelot was next door to Hogwarts?!

  • Such a good movie used to watch it so much when i was younger

  • almost sounded like lion king at the beginning

  • why did such a good song come from a bad movie

  • awesome 3d animation

  • Hey, on 0:45 it said that the movie was based on the novel "The King's Damosel" by Vera Chapman. Has anyone ever read that book?

  • @blade10000 I know! I would never have guessed he was the villain!

  • I love this movie so much

One Table No Edges No Corners

Everyone That Around The Table Is Equal

  • ....That is one subtle villain.

  • what are they saying in the first minute???

  • @yinyangbookworm Very good point. Back then they had languages for Scotland; they also spoke latin (hence the reason where you can make out some English words in the begining.), or they might have been saying a popular English saying from the time period.

  • @yinyangbookworm That's about all I can think of it possibly being.

  • @Aimei225 thanks :D

  • This song really sums up King Arthur's court and Camelot x

  • As a child this movie was one of my favourites. It still holds its meaning now that I've watched it 10 years after.

  • Damnit! Why must some of the most awesome songs ever come from such a bad movie? o_o

  • @SergeantLuke they're King Arthurs Knights of the Round Table. That's how the stories went. If you have a problem with it, claiming its not historical or realistic... too bad. Arthurian tales claim Camelot as a "Liberty and justice for all" kind of place.

  • @krimzonknight Yes, that is how the stories went, and yes, I was aware of that. I was just making a sarcastic observation.

  • @SergeantLuke ah. then i apologize for snapping at you.

  • @SergeantLuke england held those ideals long before the US was founded

  • @SergeantLuke You think the US is the only country that has "Justice"?

  • @ThePlatypusAgent Of course not. Medieval England definitely had Justice, and so does modern England and almost every other major country.

But the phrase "Liberty and Justice For All" is word-for-word a part of the US Pledge of Allegiance, and "United We Stand" is the motto of several US states. I found it interesting that a film set during the Dark Ages would use direct quotes from a time period several centuries after it.

  • @SergeantLuke Ah, I see; you're right. I guess that detail slipped my mind... My excuse is that I'm not American ;)

I suppose they could have thought up something more original to say in this segment... I always thought this movie was poorly written, in my honest opinion.

  • @ThePlatypusAgent Plus, the creators were American, so I bet they were thinking "Hey, let's have Arthur spout some historical wisdom. Hmm... well, we go with what we know."

  • @SergeantLuke lol. I guess I'll add that to the list of things about this movie that piss me off. Shame, the music is pretty good.

  • @SergeantLuke they know that but thats what Camelot stood for before America was even born it ORIGINATED the idea of liberty and justice the US technically copied off of them not the other way around

  • @SergeantLuke To be completely honest, that phrase was originated by Aesop centuries before most of the world knew the land that would become the Americas even existed.

  • @SergeantLuke maybe the US picked it up from medieval england?

  • @SergeantLuke Not even the US has proper justice.

  • @TheFlood911 Let's not get into that here, bucko.

  • @SergeantLuke sorry to say this, but i'm american, and I agree with TheFlood911. America's justice system IS incredibly corrupt. I'm 15, and plan to become a constituional lawyer to try and fix what has been done to our nation. Maybe if we fixed our systems, other nations might not be stereotypically known to HATE AMERICA. See my point here? (I'm not trying to offend you, so I apologize beforehand if it does. I'm simply trying to say that their critiques aren't so wrong.)

  • @sOnGwRiTiNgSkAtEr Yes, I do agree that the justice system is quite corrupt. What I meant by "let's not get into that here" was that we really shouldn't be discussing politics on a video of a fun kids movie.

I wasn't offended by your comment or anyone else's. I removed my original comment because I was sick of people responding to it every single day to correct me, clearly not realizing I was just joking around.

  • @SergeantLuke agreed, this is a kids movie, no one wants to read comments about how this isnt Disney or about stupid politics or about how old you are or about how the kids movies today suck, jeez : )

  • @SergeantLuke I feel really bad. All these people bashing over and over when you already explained that you were joking. Don't worry, you're not the only one who's had this problem. :D and I don't even know what your original comment was!! But I apoligize for all the people out there who couldn't take the time to read your responses. Have a nice day!!! :)

  • @Trekkie4ever100 My original comment was "'Liberty and justice for all'? 'United we stand'? You're medieval England, not the United States!" The way it was worded, it certainly did SEEM like I was basically saying that the US invented those phrases. Thanks for your sympathies! :)

  • @SergeantLuke When you think about it, King Arthur basically created those standards for a kingdom/nation or whatever. That's why I like King Arty!!

  • @SergeantLuke Please note those are old slogans that were far older that medieval England dateing back to Roman times. Also this judgeing back the architecure and symbols is pre-saxon England.

  • @TheOricul lol...about seven other people have already told me that. Thanks for letting me know anyway! :P

  • @SergeantLuke

As a European I take that as a rather offending comment...

It's not like the United States invented Liberty and Justice! :/

  • @ElRihno Sorry! I meant no offense! Those specific quotes are very commonplace in American history, so I was merely pointing it out. I've honestly had this conversation with several other people, and I rather wish I'd never written that comment.

If you were insulted or offended, I'm very sorry!

  • @SergeantLuke Magna Carta

  • @JoeDSileo1988 Yes. I know that. I've been told that about a million times by other users, and I already knew it anyway.

I think I'm going to delete that comment, it's been nothing but an annoyance to me.

  • KD after he says Valour!: that was not so bad

  • @Caplan21 especially when he clenches his fist....every time since I was 7 I always think "how does that NOT hurt???"
