i guess we could design games that uses real instrument and create a learning curve that would teach players how to play from the beginning for those who never touched a musical instrument. the goal would be to "hide" musical lessons into fun activities. the multiplayer aspect could be battle of players own creations or just show off of custom songs. I can think of a lot of way to put the sounds into images, so playing the instrument would be more interactive and appealing.
