When they got to the main melody, the naaaa nanana nananana na na na-na naaaaa part, I wish more people had been singing that part, or that they sang it louder or something. I could only barely hear it.

I would put a tenor in place of the female doing the main vocals, or at least a woman who has a low enough voice to do it. Sorry, it's clearly at the bottom of her range and she's often off pitch. Tighten up the whole thing, especially the "katamate korogasu i love you" etc lines. Tempo is good and pitch isn't bad either- maybe work as a group, try listening more to each other.

Also try to be less awkward? Sorry this sounds so harsh, it's just tips. This isn't bad for a non-pro group.
