@skindeepvenus Yes It Does But Make Sure You Blow Off All Of The Water Drops As That Will Make Maarks On Your Final Design:) You Should Also Use TopCoat So You Can Reduce The Chance Of It Chipping:) hth

@purplepurplepurple15 I know thats what happened to me but then i realized i wasnt droping my colors fast enough or try to start from like the second ring of the outside that doesnt dry as fast as the last one so that should work

You know, you can also grease your finger with chapstick, and then, when it dries you peel it right off.then you dont have to clean it with nail polish remover at the end

Lol here are some tips 4 u guys on how to do this:

1. You can use any tape (some r better than others)

2. You can use any nail polish (EXCEPT FAST DRY NAIL POLISH!!!)

3. When u 1st try it, dont expect to be perfect, it'll take a couple trys to get it the way u like:)

4. the most working nail polish is the sally hanson brand

5. if your nail polish didn't spread dont freak out, just experiment with different polishes:)

when i do this, the polish never spreads quite right, the first drop spreads, then the second drop is just a glob...my nail polishes are thick, not liuidy like yours, is this why? ad when i try to make the designs it doesnt work it just globs up

I am having the same problem no matter how fast I drop the colors and when I go to make the design the whole thing comes off the surface like its already dry. I dunno what I am doin wrong!!! :( Anyone else have this issue when they were starting out?

You said to work quick but I work so much faster, I dont pick each bottle up I just pick up the brushes, if youre neat it doesnt go everywhere and it saves you a significant ammount of time by the end

I had an awful time the first time I tried this. The polish either sank to the bottom or didn't spread or dried so fast I couldn't draw the toothpick thru it to male a design. If y'all are having problems, I have found that room temp water is Very important. I used plain old tap water and a coffe cup. It turned out pretty cool. Hope this helps.

I have a problem. I never seem to get how to do water marbling. I use filtered room temp water, i use the same brand or nail polish, and i don't know why, but the polish always dries like in a couple seconds and if i manage to get 2 drops of nail polish and they both disparse in the water, the third drop never spreads out because the nail polish has dried already even though if has only been like less than 5 seconds.
