steroids are performance enhancing drugs aka PEDs. PEDs is not a specific drug like steroids smart one. but, even if he did take steroids (im a dodger fan btw) i dont think it would give u the power from nothing to put a ball in the seats. it takes natural skill to put a ball in the seats, not some stupid drug. if anything, it would help pitchers because they could throw faster, harder, and more accurately.
