I admit this is one of the best covers of this song and Reba is one of my favorite performers (not just in country) but saying that it is "every bit as good as the original version" is a slight exaggeration. No one (individual or group) is in the same league as the Beatles, but this is still a great version.

I really love hearing Reba sing this song. She does an awesome job. And she looks wonderful here. The one thing that keeps bothering me though - doesn't this sound EXACTLY like the album recording? Was Reba lip syncing? I don't think I've ever seen her do that in a performance, but the guitar parts especailly sound exactly the same as the recorded song. Just curious.

In any case, I love this and I don't get sick of seeing/hearing it.

I'm not saying the audio isn't in-sync with the video. I'm saying that the audio sounds - to me, at least - EXACTLY like the recorded version. I'm not just talking about Reba's singing - that wouldn't be so unusual for her to sing it the same way - but the instruments, the guitar playing. Maybe I'm just not hearing the subtle differences between the album version and this performance. It doesn't really matter to me. I love listening and watching this.

@meredithchandler73 This is not at all like the original. She doesn't sing in the same octave as the original. I suspect her voice doesn't have the same range to sing the same as the original, in the same key and octave. She does a fine job with the song but it's no at all close to the original.
