if there is over crowding in the jail... why dont they let out others than her? she spent bout 3 weeks of a 90 day jail sentence right? i'm not exactly sure how long she was in jail, but let someone else out and keep her in jail for the 90 days. THAT'S BULLSHIT!

Sounds about right for LA county, infact I think she should have gone out sooner. I had a 365 day sentence in LA County Jail, I server it at Mens Central.. Anyways, I did 35 days on that 365 day sentence. It's about 10% for non violent criminals. So, she did too much time on that 1 day sentence. Just on a side note, violent offenders do 50% of their time in LA County Jail, but if sentenced to California Department of Correction, the prison system, a violent criminal does 85%, non violent 50%.
