Since Ryo (the creator, Supercell wasn't formed at the time the song was made so it was an indie thing) isn't a singer he needed something as a medium for people to hear his music, and he used Miku.

@120Productions I think an anime would ruin the whole vocaloid because what would be the storyline? The point of vocaloid is for people to be able to express what they want in a song using vocaloid. There was no plan for a set storyline for vocaloid, it was all up to the people, and those people are the reason why vocaloid got so big.

I personally don't support the idea of an anime, maybe a fan-made one. But, not an official vocaloid anime.
