Shooting them is boring. "Just" block off all possible way for more rioters to get there with police officers and arrest them one by one. Normally no one should get hurt if you do it like that (unless the rioters decide to toss molotovs at passangers walking by before you blocked everything off). If you have an EMS Patrol car thingy ready with paramedics to heal your officers it should be fine.

i shoot them all too but if there are many, i think it not many cuz i got riot and all the police/swat dead :( I agree with Dexter911colt why dont you just arrest them? you get many swat, and the demonstrant just 10 i think, and your swat is many so you can arrest them 1 arrest 1 or maybe 5 arrest 1 and they dead lol :\

XD why you did'nt just arrest them ? , in this state 1 causuality mass will not be sufficient (self-important) , me i deploy a barricade for blocking the street, i send 2 Swat unity, some medik But generally I do not use them, 2 LAPD patrol car to close the road, and 2 Police vans for arrest all criminal :)

Wow. Overkill you could have called in an LAPD SUV and pressed follow then called in a SWAT APC with a water cannon. Then maybe some LAPD patrol cars or CHP as I prefer. :)
