I wish I never had played it. just because I played a game or watched a movie doesn't mean it was any good. they focused too much on the bells and whistles like voice overs and graphics, and not enough on the important things like game play. Good graphics just make a game "shine" but if the game play is crap, then all you have is shiny crap. No matter how you look at it, it's still crap.

@kilik1990 sorry, I misunderstood what you meant. I read it as "you played it so it had to be good". I personally found it unplayable primarily because of the control set up. The only thing I liked about it was you could give some one a WCW shirt. In my opinion, they just got worse and worse with each game. '06 was particularly bad because the story mode was pretty much set in stone. I still play Here Comes the Pain to this day. It also doesn't help that I don't like the WWE

I don't have the first one, but I have read up from gamers that have played it that the hit system is pretty messed up in DoR1

Example: You wanna perform a Running Clothesline on your opponent, and he's a sitting Duck, stunned on his feet. You run towards him, you press the attack button at the right time, you perform the move precicely, but it didn't hit him

They fixed that when they made DoR2
