  • man, this is a nice song by the Crue... the person who disliked it must be fucking retarded!

  • @SlashIsAmazin The album and song were actually originally titled Shout With The Devil though :P

  • Comment removed

  • they should have played this more

  • ive never heard this one before its absolutely beautiful:)

  • haha i kno how 2 play this song on the guitar

    im playing it rite now:)

    luv this songXD

  • 0:01 Four beasts! LOLOL

  • They should do a duet with Megadeth!

  • sweet

  • sounds like that ozzy and lita ford duette when i close my eyes at first.

  • @lester5192 It sounds like Hotel California.

  • @lester5192 i think the lower-end guitar is actually the same line

  • the problem with this song? too freakin SHORT ! :(

  • shout with the devil you fucks, hey i beat nikki sixx, haven't shower in a year and a half, but the only thing that will still screw me is a goat

  • My dad told me to listen to this & all they say in "God Bless The Children Of The Beast" but Idgaf. lol This has good guitar playing.

  • @football66freak Actually, it's two guitars.

  • @xTearsfallZ It's three guitars jackass.

  • Damn whenever I hear this music I always feel so relax. Maybe they put a secret spell in this music haha.

  • This so should have gone into black Widow on the SOTD album and not helter Skelter!!!!!!!!!!

  • This song is so enchanting and spellbinding, I wondered why Motely Crue didn't do more with it..

  • to make you wonder why they didnt do more with it....

  • Intelligent response....... NOT!!!!!

  • Compare this to the intro of "Doomsday for the Deciever" by Flotsam and Jetsam... coincidence? I think not lol.

both bands are awesome though, and I think F&J did it as a homage if anything (seeing as how they did some Crue-style stop/start bits in a few of their songs)

  • also the intro is somewhat similiar to the day that never comes by metallica. jason newsted was in flotsam and jetsam and metallica! coincidence? holy shit

  • this was 83 the song youre refering to is more recent

  • I know this came out before the Flotsam & Jetsam song, that's what I said before. It just seems too similar to be a full-on coincidence, so it wouldn't surprise me if F&J borrowed from the Crue. Just look at pics of them from the early days, they were a thrash band but seemed like they didn't mind hair metal too much

  • est bonne pareil ....

  • Back in the day I would listen to this track over, and over, and over again before I would move on to "Danger" which is another one of my personal favorite tracks. Thanks for posting.

  • Wicked... i like it!

  • Nothing about the Crue was ever satanic. It was all theatrics. Get ur shit 2gether.

  • @sabrewolfsbane tell all them teen aged heavy metal red necks in the south that, that formed wannabe satanic killer cults over what they listened too. lol. nothing else inspired them. idiots.

  • Well, if you wanna know the truth, this is just an instrumental by Mick Mars. He even came up with the phrase "God bless the children of the beast." soo, I don't know why you guys are talking about Nikki Sixx here, but this is ALL Mick Mars. and i think its AMAZING!

  • Nikki stopped with all the satanic shit when a fork lifted up off of a table by itself and went in the ceiling lol.

  • is this satanic? dont say no just because you like it

  • At the time of Shout At The Devil, Nikki Sixx, the bassist and main song writer for Mötley Crüe was really into all that satanic shit. he painted pentagrams (Satanic symbol) all over his walls, which explains some of the articles of clothing they wore at the time of this album (Circle with a star in it is the satanic sybmol). the album was originaly ment to be called Shout With The Devil but they had to change it.

  • well this is not satanic mick mars came up with it as an instrumental to lead of to there cover of helter skelter and nikki refered to him self and the band as children of the beast and there fans

  • No, it was just because Sixx thought it looked cool, and stuff.

  • and stuff? lol best way to end a sentence ever. Only rivaled by "and so, like, yeah." lol.

  • Lol, thank ye.

  • kinda reminds me of Lita Ford/Ozzy Osbourne- Close my eyes forever...

  • haha it dose

  • cool metal jam.

  • This song Is taken from the album "Shout at the Devil", which was released in 1983, I find It hard to belive that It would be a rip-off of "Fade to Black" since "Ride the lightning" came out In 1984. But both songs are awesome and so are both of the bands so cheers.

  • Well put

  • @WHISKEYnTEARS I'm a huge metallica fan, they're my favourite band but I agree with you 100%. Anyone who says that has got to get their facts straight dude

  • @WHISKEYnTEARS If this song was stolen from anywhere it was THE SCORPIONS- THEY NEED A MILLION from their Fly To The Rainbow album released in 1974.

  • @Stratonini There's a little of The Eagles 'Hotel California' in there too. Check out the intro to Flotsam And Jetsams Doomsday For The Deciever, it has the same feel as this song.

  • gee uh, fade to black came out in 1984. this came out in 1983. do your fucking research

  • it doesn't really matter, priest came up with the whole concept, anyway. or if not, zeppelin or sabbath or purple... i guess the point is that it doesnt matter what you do, someone came up with it beforehand

  • some notes are similiar to Flotsam song but there are two diferent intros. Both are great but i like those from Doomsday of deciever much better

  • ay, does anybody know were i could get any of motley's 80's albums? ive been looken for girls girls girls for ever great song btw
