  • Grew up with this, still love it. Thanks for uploading :)

  • ALF!!!

  • end is forever changed my life. :)

  • yeah, I grew up with this...early high school status, and I've never stopped listening to it completely and I probably never will.

  • awsome song, kinda reminds me of "The Get Up Kids"

  • Simply a classic. Kids now a days think this pop punk is shit, they want there new age garabage... this was the real pop punk, this shit had meaning. This is not garbage. This is truth.

  • @qball8001 it's just because you grew up with it. Nostalgic... but I agree with you, this was some good shit

  • danny he was depressed gained some weight

  • did the lead singer gain weight?

not that it matters, but he just looks so different from this and the saddest song ever.

  • @HeroDanny

this is from '01, saddest song was 2 years later.

  • @gaviddilmour

    Oh, so he lost weight?

okay...Like i said it really doesn't matter, it was just so surprising to me

  • is that travis playing the drums? i think?>

  • HAHAHA omg so funny!

    oldie stuff.. and cheesy!

    the ataris rocks!

  • shitty music video, Joe Escalante suck!

  • i don't understand why everyone is dissing the ataris new stuff and thinks the old stuff is better the new stuff is actually good compared to this shit, this is just embarrassingly bad

  • Comment removed

  • @EpicHale You must have been born around...hm, 2002? Myspace baby? Get fucked kid. If you grew up with this you would have respect for it, but i'm sure you're way to naive to comprehend what I'm trying to say.

  • @EpicHale you're a fucking idiot and obviously like shitty mainstream music

nobody with the slightest bit of taste got into any of their newer shit

only stupid little mainstream loving babies did

  • @OURGEEKAY

so because something is or becomes mainstream that makes it shit? haha people like you are a joke. guess what, you arent a unique precious snowflake, lol you think you are special just because you listen to music that not many other people listen to also i really dont think the ataris have gotten mainstream anywho not that it would matter and there new stuff is obviously of superior quality then this peice of shit, learn to look beyond your shitty "non conformist" nostalgia goggles

  • this makes me wonder, what the hell hapened to the ataris? their last album wasnt that good compared to their early stuff. all i know is i cant wait for the new album!

  • the ataris rocks :)

  • this is the best video ever...

  • Was never a big Ataris fan, circa Fat Wreck Chords, but I really dug this mid-tempo stuff they did later in their career. Most Fat stuff always tended to meld together and carry that typical "NOFX Pop Punk with metalesque guitar playing" sound, with the obvious exception of PROPAGANDHI, who always stood to carry their own, and still blow me away. Then again, anyone reading this that is at least 28 knows I am referring to mid-90's Fat Wreck-Chords era pop punk. No Use for a Name, Strung Out, ect.

  • @scenepointnazi DUDE! They had Lagwagon, Mad Caddies, Bracket, a lot of bands that didnt have that nofx sound. I admit the first 2 lagwagon cds where very metalic but the rest of that shit is pure gold. I do think fat wreck has went down dramatically in stand out bands since 2000. It's like when the millenium hit everything went to shit. Including pop punk.

  • @idiot1321 Bracket were great. Even the stuff before Fat. I saw them with Samiam in 94. Good times.

  • @scenepointnazi Damn, I still wear my Bracket t-shirt and people offer to buy it off my back.

  • @idiot1321 fat wreck chords was founded by fat mike singer of nofx ! FUCK YA !

  • @HACKERSUCK12121212 No shit... Realy? Are you some kind of fucking moron? What was that comment for?

  • dear people on youtube...

arguing does not make you cool your a loser please go die (:

    much love (:

  • @men1kmati Agree with you on that, they are so meaningful

  • SOUNDWAVE 2011

  • I think the Beatles are shit too. =)

  • nice band..

  • Is it okay if I love both Beatles and the Ataris? Maybe the Ramones and the Rolling Stones as well? The Who? Tom Petty? Green Day? The Clash? The Byrds? Dr. Dre?Springsteen? Buddy Guy? Classic Guns and Roses? Why limit yourself?

  • Dude! Me too San Diemas got me hooked Im 24 now and I still love them.

  • LOL the part where he goes into the ladies' room with her reminded me of last night at work. I kicked the same guy out of there twice in about three minutes. The second time I asked him if he needed something to clean his ears out with.

  • man havent heard this in YEARS but i still know all the words!! good times...

  • haha same

  • Hes divorced from her now, lol....

  • great song .. worst video ive ever seen!

  • i love this song but not this video hehe

  • hahahaa ya thier videos are pretty lame they are excellent live however

  • ataris have the best lyrics.

  • @men1kmati compared with whom? To illustrate how wrong this statement is, please have a listen to this fellow called Paul McCartney. He was once in a rock and roll combo called the Beatles, and they had some pretty good lyrics. His bandmate John Lennon also wrote a song called 'Imagine', which some consider to be one of the best songs ever. You might also like to have a listen to contemporaries of the Beatles like Bob Dylan.

  • @seemeel Paul McCartney is a bitch, and you sound like one of those dumb fucks that found out about the Beatles only a couple of months ago and now think you know shit about music.

And screw Bob Dylan, if any body wants to hear a real musician/poet then look up Townes Van Zandt, some people make music for the love of the song, not for money or fame.

  • @skyremainsthesame Hahaha, how ignorant you are. Believe it or not, I was in London in late January 1969, and I was lucky enough to see something rather special on Savile Row. Yes, go and ask Google what that something special was. I actually have a degree in music, and have been playing professionally on and off since the mid 70s. So yes, I would like to think I know a bit about music. You obviously don't know much about Dylan, if you thought he was in it for the money or fame.

  • @seemeel A ticket to see Dylan now costs $142.

  • @skyremainsthesame Dylan started in 1962... have a read about what he was doing then. How the times they have changed.

  • @seemeel you are just a troll. leave.

  • @seemeel

No one cares. Also cut the crap. They were already millionaires singing about being poor. Jesus man....youre delusional

  • @men1kmati (see below) His guitar playing isn't great but he is a poet if ever there was one in popular music. I would suggest that his lyrics (see 'Like a Rolling Stone', 'Blowin in the Wind', etc.) are far better than Kris Roe's tripe. Roe is now a fat man with a bad haircut in a band whose members change every few months.

  • @men1kmati (see below)

In summary, please don't say obviously incorrect things. These lyrics are god awful and I hate myself for even listening to the song. Listen to some real music and then compare it to this aural swill.

  • @seemeel

You know what. I think your just a douchebag.First off the Beetles were not that great. Secondly good sir. people were on alot of drugsduring that era. I would not take their or your opinion too highly. Also, lets be honest the beatles had ALOT of filler in their albums. What good have the remaining beatle members done since? You generation is a generation of fakes. You old fucks helped put the world in its place it is today. Thanks lot.

  • @supershqipa

No one says douchebag anymore, get your shit together. Do you not understand what the Beatles did for music? right over your head apparently, stupid immature fuck

  • @r0llskyay0

Apparently you worry more about hip phrases, than anything. Douchebag.

Also, the Beatles are fucking overrated. I rank em up there with Hendrix, The Doors, all of em. OVERRATED. Dont answer back with the "what theu did for music bullshit" Cause most of it is perpetuated by the record company to create sales. You fucking fanboy douchebag.

  • @supershqipa You are a fuck nut. You have no idea of how popular music works. Every new artist gets into music by listening to those that have come before, and for the last 45 or so years, that has been the Beatles. And your crock of shit comment about record companies perpetuating the Beatles' popularity? Proof? Sources? You uneducated oxygen thief. It seems to me like the best part of you ran down the crack of your mama's ass and ended up as a brown stain on the mattress.

  • @seemeel

    UH Ohh, UHHH OHHH

He's resorting to more insults. I have shook his little beatle dominated world.

  • @supershqipa It's not my Beatle dominated world - have you come across the term Beatlemania? This refers to a three-year period (1963-1966) when the WHOLE WORLD was dominated by the Beatles, not just me! Please, do some reading, or better still, listen to some Beatles records! The Beatles really were that good, which is why the Beatles have been consistently popular since 1962. There have been few songwriters to equal either McCartney or Lennon since 1962, and Kris Roe is not one of them.

  • @seemeel Dude, 44 years ago. Its dead. Im tired and so are most young people hearing about the beatles. They were manufactured. Look at the before and after. They are the first boy band. Then they became hippies. Broke up one got killed in 1980. I know more than enough about the scumbags. one thing, why are you posting on an Ataris video about the fucking beatles? Hey,look at any timeline of pop culture in the 60's. The beatles were jumping on every bandwagon. Good for them LOL

  • @r0llskyay0 It's a shame that this has to be said. Everyone (well, except for subhuman scum like supershqipa) knows that the Beatles are hugely influential in just about every post-1960s genre you could think to name. The Beatles have been consistently popular for almost 50 years! The same will not be said of the Ataris... hell, they were never popular for more than a month or two at a time. Kris Roe is a washed-up second-rate performer.

  • @supershqipa The Beatles were the most influential bad of all time. Although the Ataris are great, they will never reach the same level as the Beatles.

  • @driger98

Good god. Jesus christ. and everything else in between. Fuck the beatles. I swear to god, By saying I dont like the beatles or I think that they are overrated. All the sheep on youtube start bleeting.

  • @supershqipa So voicing an opinion makes someone a sheep? You seem to just have a narrow view and whenever anyone has a different opinion from you, you instantly try to... Wait... Why the fuck am I arguing with an idiot on the internet?

  • @driger98

yeah, thats what Im doing. Im voicing a fucking opinion. You stated that yourself. So why are your panties in a bunch?........baaaahh baaaaaah baaaaah

    Fucking sheep

  • @men1kmati best love/nice lyrics
