guys just do other things while ur cat grows, NEVER DO IT WITH A KITTEN, ur retardedly impatient if u use a kitten, just go afk, fletch, hunt, do quests, do other things from achievement diary. Kittens will take 3 hours to turn into cats (which is afkable!), and cats take like 30 mins to get 100, but catching with kittens take around 4-5 hours? wanna save those hour(s) while doing something afkable?

Wily Cat is best for the job. They catch 90% of the time. I caught 100 in 25 mins.

@PhysicsEncounter you can get this on a skiller as well i believe, all you need to do is the quest to get the cat, and then go to a place with full of rats and just do your thing lol, it is from varock diaries, and de hard section.

I have advice for people that having problems with this:

1st buy a new kitten

2nd buy 200 cooked sardines(very cheap from gran exchange)

3rd i recommend going into evil daves lair, there may be a few peopel down there but there are so many rats that it is easy to not miss them

4th and lastly, this took me around 4 hours to get 100 rats, probably the most boring thing jagex ever made, i only did this stupid 100 rat thing for achievment diary.

Get a hell cat, complete a quest and then once your done it go to port sarim there will be this bald girl and a cat. go down the hole and you will be in the cat training arena. go tot he next room there will be a girl there. speaker to her and she will make your cat to a wily one.

and every 10 or 20 rats u get, it gives u a message saying how much u have caught =]
