How the hell can we just let these people go off scot-free for a crime which Japanese soldiers were hung for? So a Japanese person commits a crime = hanging. US person commits the same crime = not even a trial?
C'mon world... This is BS and it's stinking up the place.
@crazzynez I have heard of it because I live in the U.S.A. When Bush was President, almost anyone who spoke ill of him would be given chastisement. In other words, the Constitution was just irrelevant. Obama, in my view, is doing everything he can, but it seems irrelevant to many...
How can someone rationally make the jump from "he helps me to do the job" to "he is the one making the decisions? I really do not see the logic so someone please explain it to me
as european i remember how the world hated america during the bush years, we got school free for protesting against him and when i draw the us flag in school on a folder of mine my neighbour asked me "why are you painting this??!" i said "the flag is nice" and he jst shook his head. and the day after 9-11 a guy asked our teacher whathe thought about what happened, he just said "the usa treated seeral parts like shit over decades, are you really surprised that one day there came an answer?"
The teaparty wants nothing to do with Bush, who is STILL talking about amnisty for illegals! He is about 5 years behind the GOP, and nowhere near the teaparty. Bush has been quiet mostley for 2 years. The Teaparty is grateful.
Yeah, I would be shocked by the fact the Bush considered the Kanye moment the worst part of his presidency, except that after eight years this is actually exactly what I would expect.
This Book is starting to remind me of how stupid and horrible a President Bush was, with Obama I forgot, I know Obama is a coward but he is 100 times better than Bush...Thank God he is gone, the worst president in history.
besides: " you covered your ass now" ... the best moment of Bush`s career as the worst US-President in history, was : "Now watch this drive"! (Fahrenheit)!!
this mf pissed and took a shit on the whole nation and got away with it.... maybe he is not quite that stupid as we might tend to believe!
I think you should cut him a little slack on the "worst day" bit. He was talking about his personal emotional low, not the worst day for the country as a whole. And like it or not, we humans don't have the kind of empathy that makes every natural disaster hurt just like our personal problems do.
he wanted to replace Cheney cuz Cheney did a very bad job of covering up 9/11 and almost made it too obvious that it was an inside job.. luckily the american people are idiots and only a few noticed it

I strongly despised Bush for his policies, but like everyone else, we kept our mouth shut because you would throw us in a cell without question.
I have a strong feeling the Republicans are going to usurp the Presidency in '12, establish a single-party system, suspend elections indefinitely, and kill all the people who they believe to be, "conspiring against America."
I hate to incite fear, but's in their thoughts; frightening enough, their supporters equate to, "deities."
@hailtothejedi wtf what country do you live in?? last time i checked you can call the president whatever you want whenevr you want, i can say Obama is a cock sucking faggot and noones goign to throw me in a cell... were you making a joke or something?
@crazzynez You can insult Obama as long as you are not inciting death to him. Bush, though, would not be very forgiving at all, regardless of any insult thrown at him. I didn't actually say Obama would do the same thing, but who knows...
Wow! These anchors are taking such a huge bold stance by ridiculing Bush! I've never heard anybody make fun of Bush or call him an idiot! These anchors are such badasses!
@pennjersey83 i gotta admit, i laughed at the irony of you criticizing their originality with the same badly executed sarcasm used by people who think they're cooler and wittier than they really are (aka 90% of people).
How long into Barack Obama's presidency will George Bush be needed to distract your viewers from the total disaster we are experiencing under Obama's leadershp?
@dlcapewe No matter how bad it gets, it will never touch the biggest handout to the wealthy we've seen in forever, two needless wars in the name of fighting intangible "terror", to mention but a few key failures of the years of Bush -- admit your butthurt that our president does not have a "(R)" by his name and that he is merely half-white and you'll feel better, seriously. The worst Obama has done this far is kiss too much corporate butt and appease the wingnuts.
@DrClaw77 Obama's $800 billion stimulus cost more than 8 years of war under Bush, and put fewer people to work. That money was the biggest waste in history. All Obama. By "biggest handout to the wealthy we've seen in forever" I assume you're talking about Bush's TARP bill that got PAID BACK to the federal government. It was a LOAN. Perhaps you should do some homework.
@dlcapewe The cost of war is more than $, you can't but a price tag on the dead not to mention the iraq war was non-liquidating too. A cruise missile provides nothing after it's exploded.
So let me get this straight, you would want America to buck the advice and example of most of the worlds economists and major countries and NOT have a stimulus plan. Cool.
@CmdrTobs you are right that every Keynesian economist in 2008 advocated for Obama's $800 billion Stimulus. But I believe it is historical fact that a Keynesian stimulus has never fixed a recession. FDR dragged the Great Depression out for 13 years trying this approach. You'll notice that Obama has dumped his top (Keynesian) economic advisors. Extending the Bush tax cuts will be his next likely concession to supply-side economics (Reaganomics). Notice also what Britain and Germany are doing.
@dlcapewe Good post. That's an honest debate. If you want to say look I would rather try X,Y rather than waht BO is doing. That's fine.
It's the phoney outrage that claims Obama is a communist out-control-spender that is implementing a totally out of the blue spending scheme.
This is dangerous as it whips up idiots and destroys debate, many Americans actually believe the 'stimulus' is unique to B.O and America and it's some wild theory. when disagree or agree its the economic status quo.
@dlcapewe The fact that the GOP talks about it in such dishonest terms proves they are not interested in policy. The debate should be Keynesian aggregate demand VS Hayek.
But instead we get the fake outrage where people are not arguing the merits of another approach but simply screaming "ZOMG the Spending, I can't believe it, Zimbabwe, communism!!!!!111111 no country anywhere is doing this"
@dlcapewe "But I believe it is historical fact that a Keynesian stimulus has never fixed a recession" - That's subjective, the Austrian school for eg says that the gov never can and so by definition Austrians will say government spending did nothing and economics is so complex you can always invoke a null hypothesis.
The best measure I feel is to look back at recession < 1910 and see how long and how capital destroying they where and compare them to a 'Keynesian' managed recession.
i am starting to think bush was the most used idiot in the history of the world.
patriotsquestion911(dot)org
ae911truth(dot)com
props to TYT - i dig the show and real talk. u guys should really discuss the 9/11 truth movement and the calls for a new 9/11 investigation. dick cheney ordered our air force to stand down and wouldn't testify under oath about it ?!?!?!
that came out on the record in congress and u can watch it on you tube!!!!!
You think Bush will disappear from the media? The guy is a media whore. He's not the only exception. A lot of politicians seem to be attention starved.
The sad truth is that Bush will never be officially prosecuted for crimes against peace and war crimes. The US does not care of its international obligations. Except unfettered support (financial, ideological and military) for Israel.
Everything else in foreign politics is merely a nuisance to the Washington/Wall Street establishment.
Even their involvement in UN is quite nearly along the lines of "member in name only."
Iraq war cost USA over 3 TRILLION USD, killing 1.4 Million women, men & children and occupying their country for Corporate/Israel profit. Afghanistan cost over 1 Trillion dollars with NO end in sight. Bush Extreme Tax Cuts For the Richest Cost USA 4 TRILLION. Wall-Street bailed out with 23.7 TRILLION of YOUR tax money. 3 TRILLION went to Israel for FREE. Pentagon spends 1.8 TRILLION per year. But Americans IGNORE ALL OF IT, they LOVE the Rich, they Attack Middle Class, Minority & the Poor. WTF??
As long as the droves of peasants have their TV, NASCAR and wrestling, they have not a care in the world.
Big Media has a stranglehold on America. US never hears of the truth and the true injustices, and only hear what (probably quite accurately) some few hundred people decide to let them hear. And mostly those things and issues are what they know 100% they cannot hide, and issues which hold profit for publicity.
These childish attacks on Bush have to stop eventually. If you leftists could look past your own hyper partisan world view, you would know that Bush and Cheney were upstanding U.S. citizens who confronted international terrorism and war, all while staying true to the law and keeping America's morality strong. Obama and the left are the ones who dropped the ball and their the reasons were still stuck in Iraq and Afghanistan.
@tehant1liberal Trolling nonsense. LOL @ you passing the buck on "Obama and the left" when it was the right who got us into those (NEEDLESS) wars in the first place. Eating the poo poo? Yes, you are.
This shows Bush was and is weak mined and not very Smart! It's like he was not in the White House for 8 long years. Kanye West the worst thing that happen to him after all the problems U.S.A. had.?! Bush worst ever President!
Bush 3rdTerm=Obama: Gave ALL Taxpayer money to Corporations & Israel -Renewed Patriot Act, Gave Nukes to Israel -Renewed Emergency Powers Act -Expanded & Created New Wars -Expanded use of Mercenaries -Cover-ups & Continuation of ALL Bush Crimes & NO Bush Investigations -Drone Attacks on Civilians -Police state, Internet Off-switch -Spends Like Bush, NO Financial Reform, NO Transparency,NO Integrity -Continues Wiretapping &Guantanamo, GOP Slave -No Diplomacy, NO Public financing, NO Public Option
@halcyon0830 Actually their policies have nothing in common. The public option was proposed. It didn't make it through, it had to be watered down. Remember? It was an unbelievably long time ago. ALL Bush crimes- explain that one. Expanded and Created New Wars- explain. You're too vague with your random assertions.
@pennjersey83 People still talk about a lot of presidents. People talk about Eisenhower, Nixon, John Adams. I may be wrong, but they might have served their terms before Bush, but what do I know? I'm just a kid.
If George W. "forgot" about 9/11, he should be punched in the face once an hour for the remainder of his pitiful life. Normally I would call for harsher punishment, but I'm feeling generous right now.
All my life I have been watching US movies and TV and was taken in 100%. John Wayne always the hero good help the underdog person, WW11 movies American soldiers helping the underdog, American presidents always going to the rescue of anyone in need worldwide, and now I am all grown up and find it is all a LIE. Americans are me me me, fuck you,me me me, get your own, help yourself, don't ask me for help, screw the underdog he needs to help himself...so sad America tricked everyone, I know now.
@derberg19486 KMA! We're not all "... me, me, me..." Many of us actually care about others. And many of us DO see thru the fariy story the media works so hard to sell.
Dick Cheney was involved in the U of Wis bombing back toward late summer of 1970. The fix was in and he and Arnold who were both "student" at the Econ dept got off scott free. Apparently arnold's dad might have been involved in the Reichstag gambit tha preciptitated WWII. There is always an official history and the actual more sinister displacing or misplacing blame for the actual act. "Official" will be "legally decided", but truth is something entirely different.
@digitallysick I don't know why, but I wanted to kick Bush in his dick until I heard this. Even after everything, I still wanted to drill this guy in the wang until just now. He really is a child. I just realized it. And not only is unfamiliar with grammar like a child, but he's full of child-like wonder and ignorance. He has jammed a fork into a toaster, I'm sure of it. I just feel bad for him now, and I just have to take all that hate and transfer it to Cheney now. Is it just me?
some of you people are idiots! the reason Bush said Kanyes quote was his lowest point was because no one likes to be called a racist unless they are one. if you are considered a racist then everyone hates you
@MrChayeah When a 20mm depleted uranium round hits a 6 year old boy; center-mass, traveling at over 200 feet/second the child's body explodes in a red mist and small pieces of bone and flesh.
Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis died that way...many children.
You really don't hate the man who is responsible for that?
@djangst No, I don't. I believe he was being sincere about wanting to give people a democracy around the world. I just don't think he was intelligent enough to hold the office of president. I do happen to hate the people around him, such as Dick Cheney and Karl Rove. I think he was way in over his head, and yes, he made some horrible decisions, but I don't think he was intentionally malicious.
@TheGreyblood Its just hilarious. Its basically circumstantial proof that Cheney was controlling Bush. So it is something legit to attack him on, because its basically an admission that he let cheney run the country.
@Mortello Ummm no matter who we elect were fucked, we need to get rid of lobbyists and corporate interests as long as those are a factor it wont matter who we vote in.
if you believe in the necessity of american imperialism (which i dont) bush did a really good job. thats why in the history books he will be remembered as a great president. just like cesar or genghis khan and those other egomaniacs.

@crazzynez You can insult Obama as long as you are not inciting death to him. Bush, though, would not be very forgiving at all, regardless of any insult thrown at him. I didn't actually say Obama would do the same thing, but who knows...

How long into Barack Obama's presidency will George Bush be needed to distract your viewers from the total disaster we are experiencing under Obama's leadershp?
dlcapewe 1 year ago
@dlcapewe No matter how bad it gets, it will never touch the biggest handout to the wealthy we've seen in forever, two needless wars in the name of fighting intangible "terror", to mention but a few key failures of the years of Bush -- admit your butthurt that our president does not have a "(R)" by his name and that he is merely half-white and you'll feel better, seriously. The worst Obama has done this far is kiss too much corporate butt and appease the wingnuts.
DrClaw77 1 year ago
@DrClaw77 Obama's $800 billion stimulus cost more than 8 years of war under Bush, and put fewer people to work. That money was the biggest waste in history. All Obama. By "biggest handout to the wealthy we've seen in forever" I assume you're talking about Bush's TARP bill that got PAID BACK to the federal government. It was a LOAN. Perhaps you should do some homework.
dlcapewe 1 year ago
@dlcapewe The cost of war is more than $, you can't but a price tag on the dead not to mention the iraq war was non-liquidating too. A cruise missile provides nothing after it's exploded.
So let me get this straight, you would want America to buck the advice and example of most of the worlds economists and major countries and NOT have a stimulus plan. Cool.
That's a position that requires tons of evidence.
CmdrTobs 1 year ago
@CmdrTobs you are right that every Keynesian economist in 2008 advocated for Obama's $800 billion Stimulus. But I believe it is historical fact that a Keynesian stimulus has never fixed a recession. FDR dragged the Great Depression out for 13 years trying this approach. You'll notice that Obama has dumped his top (Keynesian) economic advisors. Extending the Bush tax cuts will be his next likely concession to supply-side economics (Reaganomics). Notice also what Britain and Germany are doing.
dlcapewe 1 year ago
@dlcapewe Good post. That's an honest debate. If you want to say look I would rather try X,Y rather than waht BO is doing. That's fine.
It's the phoney outrage that claims Obama is a communist out-control-spender that is implementing a totally out of the blue spending scheme.
This is dangerous as it whips up idiots and destroys debate, many Americans actually believe the 'stimulus' is unique to B.O and America and it's some wild theory. when disagree or agree its the economic status quo.
CmdrTobs 1 year ago
@dlcapewe The fact that the GOP talks about it in such dishonest terms proves they are not interested in policy. The debate should be Keynesian aggregate demand VS Hayek.
But instead we get the fake outrage where people are not arguing the merits of another approach but simply screaming "ZOMG the Spending, I can't believe it, Zimbabwe, communism!!!!!111111 no country anywhere is doing this"
CmdrTobs 1 year ago
@dlcapewe "But I believe it is historical fact that a Keynesian stimulus has never fixed a recession" - That's subjective, the Austrian school for eg says that the gov never can and so by definition Austrians will say government spending did nothing and economics is so complex you can always invoke a null hypothesis.
The best measure I feel is to look back at recession < 1910 and see how long and how capital destroying they where and compare them to a 'Keynesian' managed recession.

@halcyon0830
Tounushi 1 year ago
These childish attacks on Bush have to stop eventually. If you leftists could look past your own hyper partisan world view, you would know that Bush and Cheney were upstanding U.S. citizens who confronted international terrorism and war, all while staying true to the law and keeping America's morality strong. Obama and the left are the ones who dropped the ball and their the reasons were still stuck in Iraq and Afghanistan.

@djangst No, I don't. I believe he was being sincere about wanting to give people a democracy around the world. I just don't think he was intelligent enough to hold the office of president.
