@Khorothis well its Japan. alot of characters in anime and manga either have really big boobs, or...are falt chested. and the no boob vs big boob thing is a constant joke in most instances. it can be a driving force for a character ("I won't lose to that big boobed dumby!" or your average perv character) or just random/silly eye candy for who ever watches. Thats just how it is in Japan.
