Israel pulled out of Gaza, lock, stock and barrel to appease the surrounding Arab countries even though they feared an Islamic extremist takeover. That is what happened. Gaza is blockaded by the IDF and I believe rightfully so. In order to protect all of Israel, Jewish and Arab alike, from rocket attacks, sometimes action must be taken.

An inspector in order to verify the contents of the ship IS lawful. Israel and Egypt both offered ports for the flotilla to go to. However, NO ship is to go straight to Gaza, thus they were forced to go into either Israeli or Egyptian waters.
