Truly a great artist. My mission is to see him live. He is truly an undiscovered giant which is so sad. He is a true poet and stands shoulders above others and he remains a distant voice but hey that is life. By the way the saxophonist in this tune is TRULY amazing - such sensitivity -such soul - such depth. Simple, beautiful and profound. I think its timepiece but hey who gives a frigging hell... I love Terry Callier. He is the DUDE.

Went to see Terry at Kendal on Friday. A wonderful, beautiful man who is an amazing artist. Incredible band with him who play together as a unit with great sensitivity to each other. There was such love coming from the stage. If you have not seen him live - just go!! I have just met the woman of my dreams and went for our first date to see him. Perfect!!

It's not "TimePeace" , it's actually "Timepiece". Search for it on Google. The album is "Welcome Home" .

@zexxonije The correct title is actually 'Timepeace' from the album of the same name.The track listed on Welcome Home as' Timepiece' is spelt incorrectly- but i think either spelling is appropiate. The welcome home version is also the most beautiful iv'e heard-i play this every day.

Has there ever been a more underrated artist than the great Terry Callier? Amazing the number of people who just havent heard of him at all. Such an injustice as he is a towering talent. Such soul and integrity to his music. Wonderful.

@Luvaduk couln't agree more. So as you and me know him it can't be that bad ;). I keep him and his music as a very precious gem - if you want to see it that way - a very "private" gem. Does not diminish my pleasure - quite the opposite.

i was so lucky i got to see him live about 7/8 years ago, thanks to a chap i had at the time who worked in a record shop - i didn't have a clue who he was, but fell in love instantly with his music... and it's not often that happens! cool guy... awesome band!

It's amazing. I am an American (I am 46) and I have been screaming (in vain) about this guy since I was a teenager. Unfortunately, very few of my fellow Americans were listening. As you probably know, Terry is a virtual unknown here in the states; he couldn't sell out a broom closet if he tried. In the U.K. (and in the rest of Europe) however, it is an entirely different story.
