@thegeeksplace Yep more coming. I also have a new lens coming for Christmas so that will hopefully make product shots and face shots like this one pretty crisp... and awesome =]
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for spending your time and energy. I would like to produce videos pertaining to real estate with the same one person, one camera setup you are using, I would like to know how to do the lighting and use a black back drop properly. I find having computer equipment or otherwise too distracting for the view, thats why I order the black back drop. Thanks again.
Personally, I want to start doing some videos but I have no clue how to edit and stuff.
If you could show beginner tutorials of how to do a basic editing with camtasia studio 7. I recorded a video, how do I go about doing a voice-over, adding intro, text IN the video (such as you usually have on yours helping you describe a product or something)
Anything like that would be most welcome. I LOVE the quality and how professional your videos look. Learning how you do it = priceless.
@x0xHellzSpawnx0x Yep these are some of the things I had in mind when I decided to do such a video series. In my opinion editing is one of the most underrated parts of what makes a video good. Thanks for the suggestions!
It would be great to learn more about lighting. Tell us the difference between 3 point lighting, rim light, highlights, etc. I'm very curious to know more. You have very nice highlights in your eyes in the video btw. :)
@AbsoluteMi Yep there are a few I have experice with, but my favorite is of course Camtasia Studio. I'll have all the info in a video in the series =]
Fandubs are very common among Youtube, so possibly making a video on how to either replace voices with other voices or voiceovers, or if that can't work then how to use music and other SFX to make a fandub. =)
@NorthernWaterTribe15 Interesting request XD I have something similar in two different videos but comining them would be interesting. I'll see what I can do!
@idoobleWorld He made a single video. I plan on making a series of videos addressing a pretty wide variety of topics from questions in the comments. Hopefully this can help a lot of people =]
@HackerBoyProducetion Oh snap a video editing rig. I almost forgot about that - it has its own separate video series for building a computer. That will be early 2011 right after CES =]
@HackerBoyProducetion There's actually no set limit. YouTube doesn't really look at subscriber count, as a matter of fact, when considering a channel for partnership. IT's more about video content and viewership.
@HackerBoyProducetion This one I won't be doing but I can tell you now that being a YouTube partner and having your own website are two of the only ways to do so. Hope this helps =]
@HackerBoyProducetion This one's all about contacts and community. I think one of the last episodes will be what to do after the video is uploaded... Like answering hundreds of comments =]
@HackerBoyProducetion Well I'm not exactly the expert on setting up websites for YouTube channels but there are a lot of guys out there who do that very well. I'll try to get in contact with them and see what I can come up with!
@TechTalker34 I have an intro making video in the works with software like After Effects, iMovie, etc. Narration is a bit more tricky, but I'll be working on a video detailing that as well.
@HackerBoyProducetion Funny you mention channel layouts - MKBHD channel was just redesigned for 2011. That will be posted soon, near the end of the month!
