I know! The water is regular surf water, but since I didn't have surf yet, I put jump down cliffs to enter and exit it.

I SO REMEMBER THAT! you talk to the old guy who in the beginning's grumpy cuz he doesnt have any coffee and wont let you pass. you let him show u how to catch a pokemon or something then go to the island where the fire boss is (below ur hometown. then you sail along the very coast on the east side and you find missingos and lvl 100 pokemon. XD. i was in second grade when i found that out. i was scared to catch a missingo cuz my friend caught one, then started a new game it it woulnt work.

Eh, you totally groped this hack out of proportions. I heard a rumor somewhere that MISSINGNO is actually a garbled up verion of the 16-bit Yoshi in Super Mario World. for SNES. Maybe Nintendo was trying to have aa bit of fun and threw MISSINGNO in there for a reason.

Well, I use advance map, and in that case, you can set up wild pokemon by clicking on the 'Wild Pokemon' tab and creating new data.
