This man is awesome! He can put on the most amazing one man show with just his guitar and a microphone. The audience, young and old alike, sing along to all the classic songs he performs. He came over to my sister's house once, and we sang back-up for him. It's a day we'll always remember. He's incredible!
Ronnie Rice IS the MAN!..He has been singing & recording since 1961.- He recorded about 15 solo singles, and wrote, sang & recorded many songs with The New Colony Six from 1966 thru 1972.
(including their 2 biggest hits, "I Will Always Think About You", and "Things I'd Like To Say".)
Ronnie's STILL going strong, and I'm proud to say that I have been best friends with him for over 30 years.
He's an incredible talent, and they just don't come any better.
@newcolonyfreak1 What a great clip. They were terrific and I got to see them way back in 1968 or 69. Please give Ronnie my regards, from a downstate fan and long time admirer.
Great job, even if a few years have past, thank you, I really enjoyed this.
