@OmegaMetroid93 It's an articifial harmonic. They can be done by lightly touching the string with your thumb as you pick it. I'm pretty sure there are some videos on how to do Artificial harmonics here on youtube.The only effect you need for it is some decent distortion on your amp. :P

Dude how would you rate the guitar? I have an RG350DX But I might swap in one of my earlier guitars for this one

it's a good cheap guitar. but since you have a rg350dx (which i plan to buy in a near future!) you will probably be disapointed with it.

it has a fixed bridge and two hambuckers which, imho, are not thaaat good.

if you keep in mind that this is a cheap ibanez, you will like it for sure!

Cheers dude - and make sure you want a floating bridge before you get an RG (I'd personally recommend the fixed bridge RG) 'cus changing strings/tuning is an absolute bitch, first time I changed strings it took me 4 fucking hours lol - I'm down to 24 minutes now!

that is called "pinch harmonic". look for a pinch harmonic tutorial video over youtube and you will get it. it's not easy but not that hard tho! good luck

That sounds awesome, nice Playing man.. how did you connect guitar into your computer using garageband, imovie and guitar effect..???

I used the Zoom G2.1u pedal. It has a USB port which connects to the PC as a soundcard. That way you can choose the "USB Audio Codec" as the input device. Then I blended the video with the song using iMovie. The effects are all from the pedal, though Garageband can simulate some amps and effects

i really dont know exactly which settings i was using because i recently reseted my g2. heres what i remember: mesa boogie simulation (tone set to something around 2-4), little chorus, some hall reverb. hope it helps!
