It doesn't matter.  USAF and USN won't likely face the Su-35BM in the future. The Su-35BM would be operate by Russia, Venezuela (24), and China. USAF could upgraded the Su-30 with AN/APG-77, MADL, Stealth Technology, AN/ALE-52, AN/ALR-94, AN/AAR-56, F-35's EOTS, EO DAS, BAE EW, Sniper XR advanced targeting pod, AN/ALQ-218, Re engine with F119 w/Super Cruise & 2D TVC. The only country operate Su-30 are Algeria (44), China (322), India (230), Indonesia (11), Libya (4) Possible, Malaysia (18), Russia (20), Uganda (6), & Vietnam (20). The J-20 is too heavy and too slow to catch up against the F-22 Raptor. None of the country that operate PAK FA in the future doesn't oppose a threat. I bet in 10 years US will be allies with Iran, Venezuela, and Libya. The F-18E/F Super Hornet Block II could stand a chance against Su-30.

I don't think Russia going export 100 PAK FA because they will get criticism from India. We would likely see the J-20 Black Dragon vs Su-50MKI FireFox or KF-X-201 or Mitsubishi ATD-X or F-35A/B Lightning II. The F-22 Raptor won't likely face the PAK FA, J-20, Su-35BM or Su-30 because congress banned F-22 from export and sales. USAF are upgrading 221 F-15E with new X-band AESA AN/APG-82 v 1 and upgrading 178 F-15C new AESA AN/APG-63 v 3. All F-16C/D Block 40/42/50/52 upgraded.

@USAAIRPOWER That's not true. These aircraft were purchased recently by a JPMC. The US government has nothing to do with the reason these two are here in the US. The United States acquired all the data they needed on the Su-27 in the 1991 when the Soviet Union collapsed and Ukraine hosted an event where the USAF logged 125 hours of ACM simulation against the Su-27s within a two week period. The US paid Ukraine $30M for this event and the information of course was passed on throughout NATO.
